Privacy policy

What we collect

When you request a service you fill in the “Request a service” form: your name, mobile number and request details, plus your email if you enter it. We don’t ask for passports, ID numbers or sensitive data.

How your request reaches us

The site doesn’t send the form to our server. When you press “Send request via WhatsApp”, a ready message opens in WhatsApp and reaches us only when you send it. After that the message is subject to WhatsApp’s terms and policy, and we keep the conversation in WhatsApp as long as your service needs.

Temporary storage in your browser

We keep the form data temporarily in your browser during the session so it stays when you switch language or go back. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to our server. We also store your chosen language in your browser.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which receives your IP address and the technical connection data needed to run it. Fonts are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google.

Tamim assistant

Tamim is an AI assistant that is not active yet. When it is, your messages go to our server and then to the AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the reply. Our server does not store the conversation text, but the provider’s policy applies, so don’t enter sensitive data. The conversation reaches us only as a summary you review and approve before WhatsApp opens.

Reviews

When reviews are enabled, our team sends you a private link to rate the service, with no account. We store your rating and comment on our server, and show your name or the service type only with your consent. We review positive and negative reviews under the reviews policy, and management may reply. You can ask us to delete your review by email.
